2008 Semillon Sauvignon Blanc

Lifted floral quince, passionfruit and cut grass aromas characteristic of Sauvignon Blanc are supported by the structural qualities of cool-grown Semillon – a citrus-laden mid palate, refreshing mineral qualities and a wonderful flinty finish. 

Outstanding vintage conditions have favoured these two varieties, which have produced a wine suited as an aperitif or to be paired with snapper, whiting or shellfish.
